All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Damaged or lost packages
ThePantryPros is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may also contact us at support@thepantrypros.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
International shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you're located outside of these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@thepantrypros.com.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
